Reservations

• 50% deposit will reserve the cottage full payment is required 3 weeks before rental start date

Cancellations

• earlier than 3 weeks before rental start date refund in full minus 25% of total charge
• later than 3 weeks the deposit will not be refunded  unless the cottage is rebooked

Policies

• minimum stay is 3 days
• check-in after 4 pm and check-out by noon
• no smoking inside the cottage
• beds are made ready for your arrival , after that the house is self-catering
• in exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of up to $50
